A testimony from a student

I just want everyone to know that since my husband and I started going to your Yoga Studio almost three years ago, it has changed our life.  

My husband and I have been doing Bikram Hot Yoga for over 11 years and trust me we would not look the way we do now if we had not done the 26 postures for an 1 ½  session in a hot room three days a week.

I can tell you this.  This yoga has cured every ailment.

Lower back

Life time constipation

Anxiety

Skin rashes

My husband says his double chin went away and I just feel better all around, more energy, eat what I want and maintain my weight.

These are just a few.  If there is something your body needs fixed, yoga will find it in the yoga room.

WHY DO I FEEL DIZZY HEADED IN MY HOT YOGA CLASS? WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I FEEL THIS WAY?

The added heat in the room Induces oxygen into your blood stream. Helps the body sweat moving natural chemicals and toxins the body can not use that we take in with our activities and diet. The heat will aid you to Penetrating a deeper stretch detoxing you.  When you get dizzy sit down try not to move quickly as this might make you feel dizzier. After bringing down your heart rate you will join the class again and feel much better when you are done!

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Yoga improves your breathing and body posture therefore changing your outlook on life.  Truly the goal of yoga is not yoga postures! We practice and teach yoga as a tool for pain relief, emotional nourishment, developing human potential, improving health, and transcending limitations.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Please make sure you hydrate for class and prepare your self to sweat please replenish your electrolytes. To prevent muscle cramping.
